Developed by Canadian craft designer Katrina Tompkins, Ff has roots in Prince Edward County, Ontario and Fogo Island, Newfoundland; drawing inspiration from place is elemental at Finefolk.

Ff values craft as community and the empowerment of skill building; come work wood at a Finefolk Maker Workshop. Additional workshops are added periodically; subscribe to the Ff newsletter for updates on programming and events. Ff Maker Workshops are designed to be safe and enjoyable for all skill levels; they are led by Katrina, who has been designing and making furniture and teaching woodworking at educational institutions and private craft schools since 2012.
