Maker Workshop: Counter Stool 2025

This 4-day workshop incorporates numerous chair making techniques including shaping legs by hand, drilling angled mortises for legs and stretchers, wedging tenons, shaping seats, and much more. Participants will get to make several creative design choices along the way and finish the workshop with their own hardwood counter height stool, along with the skills and confidence to make more stools!

This workshop is suitable for all levels of woodworking experience; participants will be supervised and instructed on safe practices for all applicable tools and equipment.
